Eating delicious food is a source of enjoyment and if you have been chubby most of your life like I was, you may be prone to unhealthy eating habits or frequent overeating. Whenever I feel anxious or stressed out, I used to indulge in big meals or snack more than usual. To make matters worse, I did not enjoy exercising and having a sit-at-the-desk corporate job 8 hours a day did not help at all with weight loss.
